"These last few years teaching confirmation classes has inspired me to look at my own faith deeper and to be a part of the changes that I would like to see in our institution of the church. In contemplating my next journey I saw out spiritual direction. My prayers and discernment led me to the inspiring model of St. Mary Magdalene as the apostle to the apostles. I meditated on her hands and fell more in love with all that is Eucharist. I am drawn to imitate Christ in loving, teaching , serving and anointing. I continue to discern God's call to the diaconate...to be pastoral."
